Bimetallic Composite Wear Resistant Pipe | Straight & Bend Pipe for Material Conveying
Xin Ritter bimetallic composite wear resistant pipe features high wear and impact resistance for mining, power and metallurgy. Custom sizes and elbows available.
Xin Ritter bimetallic composite wear resistant pipe is manufactured by centrifugal casting technology. The inner lining is high-chromium alloy with high hardness and superior abrasion resistance; the outer base pipe is carbon steel featuring strong mechanical strength and weldability.
This dual-metal structure balances wear resistance and structural toughness. It can endure high-speed abrasive material, slurry, ash and ore particle impact. Both straight pipes and bend elbows can be customized according to working conditions.
It is commonly applied in thermal power, metallurgy, mining, coal and cement industries for powder, slag, ore and ash conveying pipeline systems. The pipe can be cut, welded and flanged for easy site installation, greatly extending service life and reducing maintenance frequency.
